Came into the store as I was having trouble with my phone from the St Helens store and Matty with the tattoos helped me so much! He was so funny and was genuinely wanting to help me sort the problem out. He told me to go back to him if it doesn’t get sorted out with EE. 10/10 customer service!

I recently visited Curry’s, unfortunately, my experience at the checkout was marred by the behavior of a staff member. The individual in question displayed a level of arrogance and rudeness that was both unexpected and unwarranted.From the moment I approached the till, the staff member seemed disinterested and aloof. They were dismissive of my questions and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The tone used was condescending, and there was an air of superiority that made the interaction very uncomfortable.There was also a notable lack of politeness. The staff member did not greet me or offer any of the usual courtesies expected in a customer service setting. Furthermore, they were brusque in their responses and seemed more interested in hurrying through the transaction than ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also on the store as a whole. It's disheartening to encounter staff who don't seem to value customer satisfaction. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that measures will be put in place to ensure no other customer has to go through a similar experience. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any retail business, and staff members like the one I encountered can significantly impact a store's reputation and customer loyalty.

Went into store to order a new freezer and fridge, no problem with ordering and receiving appliances. Unfortunately due to our error the fridge was too wide. Went back to store to get a refund and arrange for fridge to be returned. Was told to ring a number to get refund and delivery sorted, this is all automated and tells you if you order from store they have to do refund. Eventually got through to customer care line, who said store had to do refund. Went back to store again, explained this, i was asked for serial no. even though receipt had all info, then was asked could i bring fridge back in car! Eventually got refund, but no apology for inconvenience caused. This is an absolutely ridiculous system and needs sorting out , very stressful morning and customer service extremely disappointing to say the least not sure i will buy anything else from currys after this experience.

I went specifically for a Nothing phone 2 mobile phone to be quite arrogantly told why do you want that get this pixel instead. I went in purposely to look at 5his device. The colleague that was with him was also shocked by his attitude. I then remarked I wanted this particular phone and he quipped it's a downgrade. I did not like his attitude neither did my wife. This is now my reason I will not shop at Currys and I have told my friends also about my poor customer experience. Currys you really need to listen to the customer. I'm telling you what I wanted and you did your very best to steer me away from it. This practice of upselling is outdated to say the least.

Not impressed. Been twice and not had the item I went for. For example, I went recently to try the sound quality on a pair of Bose QC headphones. They had a pair on demonstration and wired up but no sound available. The assistant could fix or sort and the manager gave some trifle excuse that is was down to hygiene law yet 1k people could have picked the headphones up and placed them on their head as I did. Nobody cleaned them after I put them down either.If a store cannot cater for every customer for a product they advertise online then either someone responsible needs to move on or give themselves a good kick in the pants.Curry’s has now become my last place of go to retailer. I’ll do as the manager said, try Amazon.

Staff not bothered , on their phone ! , didn't know about sat nav , no assistance , no stock , did not purchase a thing ,Not likely to be back in a hurry .Having said this , it is a well laid out brightly lit store

A big thank you To Mark.After searching for an integrated dishwasher all day for my daughter I ended up locating one in stock at Warrington branch, I was last minute travelling from Bolton.Mark was very professional no hard sales tactics and didn’t rush me, even though the store was due to close.Mark even brought the dishwasher out to my van and helped me to load it!Next time I need something from Currys, I will be travelling to Warrington to see Mark.Thanks again

I had an online chat before travelling to the store to make sure they had stock but the service I received from the lad in store was excellent. It was easy to get assistance from in store staff, he answered all my questions and even found a tape measure for me to borrow to check the measurements. Once I decided my choice was right he went to the stock room to collect my item and brought it to the tills where my payment was take without issue. He then wheeled it to my car and assisted me in loading it into my car. The service I received was excellent. Sorry I did not take the salesman name otherwise I would mention him here to give him the credit he deserved.

Purchased an indoor TV arial advised it would work it didn't took it back advised second one would work and shock horror it didn't work. Also sold a TV bracket that is too small for my TV my wall is now full of holes, and the thing that is so anoying is the staff checked it was the correct bracket and it would hold the weight for me. Also bought mesh WiFi that only works with old android phone its a new product that only works with old technologie. This place is full of clueless staff that don't care the only thing they care about is the commission they get from selling insurance. One cheeky get offered me free delivery for my TV if I take insurance and cancel it the next day.

DON’T BUY HEADPHONES HERE .Bought headphones, turned out to be very uncomfortable and painful. Tried to return it but apparently you can’t return headphones. They told me it’s on a receipt but how can you return it if you don’t know it Untill you spend the money. And on display they are fully not working. Hasn’t been told it when I was buying on tills no signs about it either. it’s on the receipt.But how are you supposed to return it if you don’t know till you are buying it. They don’t offer exchange either. Not helpful staff just avoid customers. Now I am left with uncomfortable headphones and headaches and money I can’t get back.
