An excellent fast food restaurant, chicken burger was good and the loaded fries were awesome! Simran, who served us, was very polite and helpful too. A great and reasonably priced place.

We had fantastic first visit in MakHalal. Food taste amazing, soo much choice in burgers range. Everything is made fresh ( they prepare and grill their meat in front off you not from frozen like mcd) Staff extremely friendly- thank you Rajesh for excellent customer service.

Flyer came through my letterbox, so I thought I'd give it a try. Called in at 20.20 and ordered a chicken sandwich with no cheese as a meal.After watching 3 customers who called in behind me and ordered at the counter collect theirs, I decided to ask where my order was. 5 minutes later (32 mins in total), my burger arrived. I walked to the car and opened the burger. There was literally the smallest piece of lettuce l, so I took it back. After some clarification that all I'd didn't want was the cheese, they agreed to make me a new burger. The staff provided a new burger but didn't take their eyes off me all the time waited. This was not a great experience, and to be honest, the replacement burger wasn't great. First and last visit.

Great Food, Reasonable Prices but had to wait 40 mins to get a simple order. They focus more towards the online orders and less on the dine in customers. If Mak Halal wants to be the Halal Version of MacDonald's, they should scrap vibrating order devices and server the customers on the spot. This is a fast food restaurant, 40 mins is unacceptable.
