Neal's Yard Remedies Store

Great experience here, very informative and welcoming from tracie in grand central Birmingham

A very helpful member of staff but we were very disappointed to find they won't take cash!

Too expensive

I love Neals Yards remedies, and this store is sweet to look at and a great range of products. However i bought a tincture from here and the lady told me the receipts werent working (fine with me) when i got home i opened the tincture (which last for years) and noticed it was out of date, the store had closed so i went back the next day. I explained the situation to the girl behind the desk and in not so many words i was called a liar. I didnt want a refund, i just wanted a replacement but was told no as she has no idea when i brought it. On a few occasions ive been to this store and be confronted by rude staff members, but female friends have been welcomed with open arms. Little do they know i spend alot more on cosmetics, herbal and make up than my female friends as its apart of my job. I go to this store when i have to.

Welcoming and courteous staff, great music and a lovely range of products

Such a lovely sales assistant with knowledge of the history of the company, the best products and really patient and helpful throughout. Came away with some new things to try which smell amazing and am excited to use them.
