Can't fault them with price and vans. Had a 9 seater for 2 weekends. Gurpreet was very nice and all the paperworks were ready prior arrival. Recommend them highly.

I took out a SWB Ford Transit on 27th Sept. The van provided was immaculately clean and full to the brim with diesel (and didn't have to worry about that dreaded AdBlue stuff as it came with all that sorted). Van was professionally checked over by Pav and received excellent customer service from Gurps on the phone and when I came to arrange the pick up. Being ULEZ compliant was a feature I didn't think I would need but diversions stated otherwise! I have used Flora for over 25 years whenever the need has arisen. A couple of weeks ago I hired a crafter van and it was perfect for my trip to London and Winchelsea. The only disconcerting thing was a warning message that I had too much oil. When I queried this the staff put my mind at ease by explaining it is a sensor issue and mechanically there was no issue.

Top mechanics especially kam had my recovery van rebuild done within the time scale top service top communication kept me updated even thought they had to change a few extra bits didn't charge extra highly recommended
