Great service from start to finish. Nathan sold us some bedroom furniture, he was pleasant and knew his stuff. Hence the sale. When we asked if we could get the furniture early they very kindly did this for us. I think the people who helped us were Andrew and Matthew. To cap it all when the furniture was delivered, it was quite a lot and very heavy. The two gents who delivered it carried it up the stairs with good humour and a lot of straining. They worked really hard and deserve a pet on the back from me and their employers. We are very happy with the furniture. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful service from Jack, Tracy and Matthew. My husband and I like to take our time when purchasing and we were encouraged to take as long as we wanted and we didn't feel at all pressurised. We moved items around the store to try out different combinations and Jack was happy to do the lifting. We ended up buying a new table, eight chairs and two barstools and we are very happy with our choices. Thank you!

Saw FW online and was impressed with their wide range of furniture , especially armchairs, phoned up to ask further questions on the chair I was interested in and spoke to Mathew, he answered all my queries so next day I visited the store and Mathew showed me the display model which I then ordered. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The store was well laid out ,clean and well lit. Will be back for any further requirements.

It was the first time we visit the store and pleasantly surprised with the amount of sofa's available. Staff was not pushy and we could browse at our own leisure. We ended up buying a 3 + 2 + 1 sofa/arm chair. The guy Andrew Lynn was marvellous and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely guy and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

This was our first visit to FW Homestores in Newport, South Wales. The store is full of furniture, with a design quality that would normally cost quite a bit more than we found here, the staff also managed an impressive balance of being friendly & informative without being overbearing. In short, we are very happy with our shopping experience and our new Torino Light Oak Open Shelf Unit.

Came here just after Christmas and Tracy served us as well as a little help from another gentleman my partner new & the customer service was amazing! Tracey let us go around looking and was there instantly when we needed her to measure up for us! She even moved a sofa so we could vision it as we wanted! Would definitely recommend!!!
