It was my cousins wedding a few months ago, and he left me with organising the limousines which would collect him, his wife and their families, and escort them to the wedding hall. A friend of mine recomended Ace Star Limo's.Due to confusion,(and me being a dopey bugger) instead of booking three Limo's I booked only two(YIKES!!!!!!), I almost kinda ruined my cousins wedding.However, thanks to Ace Star Limo's excellent service, they were able to send another limousine in under 15 minutes!!! Very reliable service...recommend for everyone...

I booked a limo for my daughters school prom. The service was excellent!The limo arrived on time, there was no issue with the driver and all the kids got to take as many pictures as they liked. Can not fault the service. Highly recommended.

Scammers. I know a couple who got scammed by these crooks. Google their reviews. You will find 100s of negative reviews and it seems they are quick to delete whole social media profiles and start new ones when bad reviews come up. Avoid like a plague. Again, do a search on this scam operation.

Booked a h2 hummer for my birthdayfrom booking it to the end was a fantastic service . They were very helpful . The driver on the day was really nice and he made sure we had a great experience . Will definitely book again and recommend to all.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR 50 POUND DEPOSIT AND NOT SHOW UP!! We booked for a hen night for my sister in law, they didn't turn up. He said they had it booked for the week after, but we had email confirmation for the correct date! He promised us our deposit back plus compensation for upset and trouble. One week later, said he sent the cheque to the wrong address and started giving us false names!.Two weeks later, he's not answering our calls! A more fitting name for this company would be disgrACE!!!

This was terrible, we booked a party bus for my brothers stag doo. There were 15 of us, the bud was not as advertised, it was a transit van which could barley fit 10 people in. It was an absolute rip off, never hire from them. Con artist. First 2 are what we’re advertised and second is what arrived.Absolutely shocking and ruined my brothers stag doo.

Absolutely shocking!Was booked for a wedding yet they let the bride down and didn't even turn up and ignored all phone calls and messages - everyone was left stranded, absolutely ruined the day for them! I hope your proud taking a their money and letting them down on their special day. Absolute joke of a company!

1. When a confirmation email came it was a wrong drop off place, wrong amount of people. tried to change it and they never did...Wrong Limo turned up. Booked a baby bentley but a hummer tirned up. XD2. Turned up a little late + not in the place where it was arranged so we wasted 20 minutes looking for and when we met the driver he was rude and moody and instead of letting us enjoy the evening he was moaning about US being late.3. There was no music or welcome drink so it was too blunt and empty + he drove around us for just over 25 minutes and took the whole hours money. DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cancelled our booking due to a faulty limo which occurred the night before and did not bothering contacting us until 3;30 the next day. When prom was at 6;30 that night deffo would not recommend

Avoid these idiots still owe me money from 2013. They subcontracted another limo company called Platinum Limousines who took to my destination but left me there stranded on my wedding day. Where is my refund????
