Premier Car Wash & Valeting

Visiting the area went here for a basic wash. Used to paying £7 but accepted the £10 here. When completed was charged £15 as they said a Toyota CHR is a large car. I had to argue the point it is not a large car or 4x4 and said when I arrived I wanted the basic £10 wash. Car wash was OK, but beware they'll try to overcharge.

I'll be honest, the first 3 times using these guys they were spot on. Very disappointed went for the 30 pound wash and they've missed bits. No effort from the lads washing. the interior looks decent ill give them that

I never bother with negative feedback usually but this was the worst hand car wash I’ve ever used! £20 silver wash with inside hoovered and interior clean and this was the standard, they never even hoovered the boot. Never again!!!

Just awful.. no communication whatsoever and asked for £40 platinum service which includes everything as you can see online even stain removal from seats. Didn’t receive any of this and you can tell the whole job was just done as quickly as possible.. careless lazy job. Don’t know what they’re using to clean but there is a horrible greasy residue left everywhere even days after it’s disgusting. There are thick patches of it in some places where it clearly hasn’t been wiped properly. They didn’t even bother to vacuum the boot even tho this is included in the platinum service. and everywhere they did was just a rubbish job. Also removed new Jelly bean air freshener that was hanging up and thrown it away! Not good Don’t go here

Good job, reasonable price. Finish was good, not perfect, but it was not the most expensive valeting option and cars were queuing. It was quick, in and out, so, happy with the service overall.Staff friendly and professional.

I've read the Google reviews and wonder if its the same place! I took my sons car to these guys today and was welcomed warmly whilst we viewed the terrible state of the car (had been left open to the elements and the whole interior had gone mouldy) and agreed a full valet. The owner even gave me a lift home and collected me later in the day when the car was finished.The standard of the work was absolutely superb and the car looked and smelled brand new!I can't praise the level of service and the quality of the job highly enough and have already booked in both my own car and my wife's for a valet.5 *****Great serviceGreat priceThank you

Been using this car wash for over 8 years. Very happy with result. They work very hard and fast. Will not go to any other car wash. I also have a loyalty card as get 10th car wash free.

On a long journey our little girl fell ill. The chaps did a great job cleaning the inside of our car so we could continue on our way in comfort. Thank you!

Paid £25 for a sliver service. Missed quite a lot of areas in my car, which is disappointing at this price level.But the main issue was the attempted theft of 2x £5 from my centre consul.I had put the 2x £5 deep in the centre consul, when I got into my car they had gone. I spoke to who I assumed was the manager/ owner who asked if I was sure I had left the money in my car. Then we both checked the car to find the lost"Cash.After speaking with the guy who had vacuumed my car in a different language
