I truly enjoyed the Fertility Wellness day Alex and Jen organised. Yoga sessions were restorative, hot stone massage so needed for my stiff back, and my supplements review with Jen was at perfect timing. It was a super relaxing day and I would highly recommend it.

I went to Alex to help me with my back/neck/shoulder pain! Alex was amazing by listening to my needs and tailoring the sessions to help me to overcome my difficulties. I had massive improvement not just by the session but with follow up to do at home or when I travel! Alex is calm, caring and approachable. Just what I needed to my stressful life! I highly recommend Alex’s 1:2:1 sessions but also the yoga abs well-being days organised by Alex .

Alex offers a brillant service not just for women but for men also. As a Man it’s helped me on my fertility journey so much! I don’t suffer with anxiety and stress anymore, and I’m a keen runner so it helps me to recover and focus on my goals

Wonderful restorative evening yoga. Alex is just brilliant and I leave feeling stretched and so relaxed I can hop straight into bed and have the best night’s sleep. As someone who usually focuses on high intensity exercise, my body and mind really thank me for taking these classes ❤️

Joining Alex for a well-being day is the best decision I have made. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the day, yoga, meditation, hot stone massage and a gorgeous lunch. It was an amazing experience leaving me to feel rejuvenated and very relaxed. I would highly recommend it and look to doing it again

Alex is a wonderful yoga teacher. It was a joy to attend her yoga wellness retreat. It was incredibly well planned. Beautiful yoga practices, delicious food, time and space to do your own thing, walk, read or chat. The inclusion of a hot stone massage was an extra special treat. Highly recommend. Thank you Alex.

Having done a lot of yoga before, working with Alex was something else. We started with the basics and actually learning how to breathe properly, which with our modern day, hectic lifestyles was not as expansive as it should be. The poses and stretches were all focused on areas that would benefit my fertility. Again, due to modern life and sitting at a desk, all these areas needed a lot of work. After each session, I would feel physically and mentally so much lighter. I used to float out the door.Alex is such a special soul, she is so thoughtful and generous with her time. Not to mention an incredibly talented and experienced yoga teacher.
