Brilliant service from start to finish. Friendly staff willing to go over and above to meet your needs. We had our main bathroom redesigned, 3D design to show us how it would look. End product looks amazing and we are really pleased with it. We are having our en-suite done by them. Great virtual tour of showroom and products during lockdown.

Excellent service from the concept designs to the finishing touches. We were converting a bedroom in a Victorian property to a bathroom, with no existing plumbing.The whole team were very professional and worked long hours to deliver a high quality finish, on time. We were delighted with the finished bathroom and separate cloakroom, it far exceeded our expectations.Would highly recommend if you are looking for a local family business that delivers on quality, attention to detail, workmanship and excellent customer service.

We visited the showroom as we were looking for new ideas for our bathroom. There is such a great display of products and designs available that we ended up choosing most of the items we wanted that day. Even though we were looking for supply only (not fitting as we had already got tradesmen booked), the team were really friendly, professional and accommodating with our list of requirements. Their knowledge and experience with regards to the different brands showed and both Mark and Emma were helpful in suggesting options and sourcing different items. All goods were supplied within a reasonable timescale too. We would not hesitate in recommending Billington Design and would definitely use them again in future.

Lots of choice in the showroom good quality products

So. The man came around, think he was the owner, to look at our shower room. Very rude. As someone else has said, very disinterested. When we told him we wanted authentic materials, marble, stone, slate, etc, he just kept repeating that he could use tiles that replicated the material. We didn't want that. Then he broke one of our bowls swinging his bag, didn't apologise, didn't offer to reimburse. And guess what? Never got back to us. Obviously they really can't supply authentic materials. Very tacky experience.

Quality and value

Very poor. Waited 7 weeks for a basic design but the designer seemed completely disinterested. I really don’t recommend using them.
