Vets4Pets - Preston Capitol

I was given an appointment the following day. All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse was great and had a few options on how to hold my cat while her claws were cut.

I rescued a dog last year and registered with Vets4pets at the capitol centre, they have been amazing! The team are very professional and the prices are very reasonable.I love the the health plan, its great value for money, it includes his boosters (including his kennel cough), his monthly flea, tick and worming treatments, his microchip, and additional vet and nurse consultants. Over the year I will be saving a small fortune!The team have been really friendly and helpful, offering lots of advice, useful tips, cuddles and treats for my dog.We will be back soon for his neuter operation, I have every faith that Tom, Fran and the team will take good care of him.

Always amazing service. I take my 3 bunnies and cat. They save me money with their care plan. Their booking system is brilliant. They always know where we are at with treatments and advise me accordingly. I usually see Jenny although they are ALL brilliant. Thank you. Great team work.

My cat had a bite injury to her paw which had become infected . The vet gave her a thorough examination and treated the wound with great care and expertise . The whole service was outstanding and at a reasonable cost . All the staff were friendly and professional . I would highly recommend this practice .

Recently visited for a spay pre-op consultation and the actual op. Every member of staff were extremely friendly and interested in our cat Luna. Things were explained clearly and we were left to make our own decision, nothing was forced upon on. Staff kept us up to date with everything, making courtesy calls and offering sooner appointments. We couldn't be happier with the vets and all the staff. We have always had amazing service since we started taking our cat in August!

This is a good quality vets. We bring our rabbits here because their knowledge about exotics are second to none. The staff are super friendly and treat your animals like they are one of the family. There are no nasty surprises with the bill as they will alway tell you how much the treatment will cost whilst you are standing there with your pet. We'll done everyone keep up the good work

I was shopping and had the sad misfortune to see and hear a cold uncaring member ofnstagg shove a POS machine into the face of a man who had come to collect his cat, more interested in grabbing what momey they could quickly, if this is how they treat people what sort of person would trust them with a pet. An ugly display as the woman hadn't hadn't told him what was wrong or returned his pet to him. Shameful
