Jacob made the process of buying my new car so simple I am so grateful. Trying to reduce my outgoings at the moment so downsizing my car had to be done. I'd wanted the car I purchased for a long time and there was an excellent offer online. I live more than an hour away from the dealership so Jacob set me up with finance and haad everything in place so I could go along and test drive the car and take it home same day. The process was so easy and hassle free and I am really grateful for it too. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service was very pleased from the moment we arrived, with a warm welcome, Grant looked after us he was friendly professional but not pushy, we stated what we was hoping for on our part exchange and he managed to get very close to our target.Grant explained well many things like gap insurance, bumper policy and gradX.All in all it was a great deal and very pleased Grant also has gave us a follow up phone call since taking the car to see if we are happy with it.Also l like to thank Olly Grants Manager who helped with the deal, and Jacob who handed the car over when we collected it.A wonderful team and would recommend.

Grant was really helpful and explained everything in detail, reassuring me with questions I had about finance options etc .The car was valeted, and smelt and looked like a brand new car.I am very happy with my new vehicle and Grant was super efficient , keeping me updated throughout the purchase process .

I had a very straightforward and smooth sailing experience with Ford Lookers Braintree. Grant Richardson is a great salesman who was able to ease my anxieties by being very informative and attentive throughout the whole process. He was able to answer all my questions and meet all my needs as a young person purchasing a new car. Communication with Grant and the rest of the branch was excellent and it meant that the whole process was very quick but with wonderful service. I took my new car home 1 day after the test drive! Would recommend.

Excellent customer service from Grant. Everything was explained very well and there was a quick turnaround from my first enquiry to being able to drive off in my new car. The 3 days drive away car insurance that was included for free was very helpful as I then had plenty of time to sort out my new car insurance.
