Outstanding customer service from Claire. Very attentive and nothing is a bother to her. Made my daughters visit to pick a gift so relaxing and we definitely found what she wanted. The store is very welcoming and will definitely be back. We won’t be going anywhere else when looking for Tag watches, servicing & batteries in the future.

We called into the Tag Heuer Boutique in Glasgow yesterday to purchase a steel bracelet for my new Tag Connected smart watch.Ben had called earlier in the week to advise the stock had arrived, and he met us when we arrived.Ben was very friendly, personable and professional and spent a lot of time with us whilst another member of staff was getting the bracelet sized.All in all a very positive experience and we’ll be back very soon.Many thanks Ben!

Excellent customer service. Recently purchased a new watch for my husband’s birthday, the service we received each time we visited the store was fantastic. Natalie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and we would certainly recommend a visit to the store.

Great experience whilst purchasing two new Tag watches for my collection. Claire very informative and helpful as was Natalie throughout the whole process, especially in getting to grips with my new Tag Golf Collection watch. Excellent after sales experience to ensure everything was okay. The new boutique in Buchanan Street, Glasgow is definitely worth a visit.

Purchased a new watch at the Glasgow store. Natalie provided an excellent service, explained the workings of the watch and all its functionality. No pressure at all to buy, the watch sold itself. Champagne was a nice touch.If you are looking for a Tag then I highly recommend the Glasgow store.
