I had cause to ring Animal Trust Vets today with some concerns about my dog. The lady on reception was so helpful and reassuring and gave me some really good advice. At no point did she make me feel stupid for ringing. ....even when I got upset over the issue.I am hoping I never need to use a vet but if I do, I will definitely be using this one based on this one conversation.

Really poor with managing vaccine stock. I'm not happy about having to start my cat's vaccinations again and again.Even worse was the last time they charged me for his 2nd vaccine but didn't have the flu vaccine. No refund offered and by the time they got stock I was told I would need to start yet again.Proper fed up of this, and they show no sign of caring about this.

Friendly staff and great with the dogs. They offer free cuddle sessions if your dog is scared like mine. Best vet iv ever dealt with xx

Biggest mistake leaving the other vets and moving here. Service is absolutely rubbish. Making an appointment is like trying to get a GP appointment then end up waiting over 40 mins to see vets. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic vets who I have been with for many years. My poor cat (who has been seen on numerous occasions over the last few months) is dealt with compassionately and professionally. All the staff are brilliant, kind, patient and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend the Animal Trust at Blackburn. Thank you.

We brought our dog in for an emergency appointment on the 19th of June and saw Daniel who straight away ran tests. He was honest and informative throughout. We unfortunately had to put our dog to sleep and all at animal trust blackburn treated our family with so much care and compassion. We were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye and was talked through what to expect. I can’t thank Daniel and the rest of the team enough for all you did for Isabelle over the years. Would fully recommend Animal trust Blackburn.
