Just had a new business process review with Billy at Kan Do Ventures. Impressed with his insight and approach and how in the space of 45 minutes he has shortened my new business process with elements of automation and reasons to return to a prospect.Will be booking in further sessions with Billy to review internal processes to increase the efficiency of our current client management processes.It's not often easy to criticise your own tried and tested methods of working but when walked through with an external consultant who is direct, informed and instructional, it's easy to see what changes and improvements can be made in a short space of time.Would highly recommend booking in for a free consultation.

I spent a couple of hours this morning with Billy at Kan Do Ventures and ... I CAN DO IT! Billy was a fabulous person to talk to regarding my new small business and how to get myself up and running.I needed help getting things off the ground and he gave me practical, helpful and open advice about how to go about doing that.
