Various Body Solid products in my gym, all good quality and built to last. Recently had to replace a small 'moving' part on one of my machines after >6years of heavy use and received excellent customer service. Equipment is good quality, but last piece of brand new equipment was very rusty - when I called them to discuss, I was promised a call back that never came. Disappointing.

We had our G6B multigym relocated and repaired by Body-Solid UK. Very impressed with the level of service we received from these guys and our gym is now back to full functional use.Body-Solid UK offered a speedy and efficient service with no delay on suppying parts and on site servicing our our machine. Very satisfied customer and highly recommended.

I ordered some plates for my home gym. Part of the order was delivered on time. Part of the order I am still waiting for 18 months later!!! I have tried contacting them several times but they do not answer emails. When I did speak with a rep, they said the rest of my order would be dispatched shortly, that was months ago and still nothing. At this stage, they have essentially stolen my money. Maybe the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company or organization.

Poor customer service, waiting for over 3 months for my order... can not get an update or an answer. Have been calling several times now, all i am told is we will call you back shortly... 2 weeks and 5 calls later no one has yet called me back to give me an update.Keen to take money from you but do not care to communicate or update you on anything.Usless customer service, did not receive my goods yet... at this stage i would rather have my money back. will never order from them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible company, advertise a sale then ignore you after purchase. ignore customer emails but had plenty of time to update their sales sites to show my purchase item was no longer available.
