Stoke Bishop Vets

I have been walking past them every day on my way to work and witnessed a lot of friendly and professional exchanges with customers. The customers are keen on queuing in the rain which has to say a lot about the services provided at these Vets!

2 years running for annual vaccinations for pets with 2 different vets and both equally rude! Yet still happy to fleece you for £138 after keeping you waiting for 25 mins!! 3 rude receptionists doing nothing much don't think to give customer service and ring you to say running late don't cage stressed cats for another 15 or 20 minutes but bring them in later

£200 for an in-house blood test is extortion. I know prices have gone up but when the PDSA can do the same test for less than £10, there's no excuse. Also, how can you warrant selling a 50ml bottle of Thyronorm for £132 when it's £41 on VetUk? Even the nurse I spoke to on the phone doesn't agree with pricing.

I cannot speak more highly of this veterinary surgery establishment. The staff are warm, welcoming polite and always makes my dog feel special and my vet Lexie in particular extremely professional, shows every kindness and affection to my dog on every visit I have made over the past 8 years - I cannot fault them. Highly recommended.

Normally go to the main one on zetland road, but they sent me yesterday here and what a lovely surprise ❣️ staff was very friendly and the vet put my mind at ease as i was worried about my dog. I think from now on i will come here, is a bit further away but i dont mind as i absolutely loved it.

I've been with these vets for years now and they have always been amazing with our animals, past and present. Everyone there clearly cares about the animals from the receptionists, nurses,vets .. they are all so lovely an amazing.they have gone above and beyond for us many times. Everything is always done with such care and consideration for our furry family members. Highly recommend them

After 19 years we had to say goodbye to a lovely cat chaz.The staff was very understanding helpful and helpful.

Lexi is a great and I would not take my dogs to anyone else. She always puts them at ease when we arrive and offers sound advice. Thank you

Rang up for a quote for my pet rat to have her teeth trimmed down, I let the vets know she was in distress and needed it done ASAP. Seeing as this is my local vets, I was hoping to come here.However when I phoned the receptionist said she will talk to the vets and get a quote for me and call me back. She called me back a few days later and confirmed it will be £500!! I thought this was disgusting as another vet local who does this treatment and sedated rats it cost me just over £100. I am on a page on Facebook for rats and everyone was outraged by the price of this and believes they just said this price to me so I can turn it down and not go there because they clearly didn’t have the time for small animals.
