Staff rude. Girl working kept asking if I had my own creams and peered into my handbag to see if I had some with me. Such an invasion of privacy! Don’t know if they are working on commission now, but they are becoming very rude and think that they can interrogate customers.

The beds seem a little older and not a clean as some other branches I have visited. Not many beds available here either. Almost a 30 minute wait on a mid week evening.

Great during the day, the lady will help you out with anything you need to know whilst using the touchscreen. Leaving you independent enough to visit in the evening, the salon is also situated in a well lit area, as to is the foyer including camera's . All cubicles are clean, plus cleaning equipment provided with locking door's. Love how a little bit of sun can make you feel better
