BEWARE!!Worst fish and chips ever!. Hard batter, green chips, old potatoes . Food was most likely from night before, although i was told food is all ways cooked fresh". . Eventually got a refund

Didn't get chips with an order, was refusing to do anything at first basically called a liar. I mean come on why would I lie over chips. What good is a supper with no chips. Spent£30 on order. Eventually got new order but had to demand it. Lost my custom

9.30 on a Saturday and nothing fresh and no pizza getting cooked. Hours say 11.00 on a Saturday. Maybe for just eat orders,not for local, long loyal customers. One less now

Food is good but not for the first time it was delivered 45 minutes before the requested time slot. After 45 mins in oven to wait for family it doesn’t taste so good. Get it sorted!

Popped in yesterday for fish and chips , was very disappointed when I got home . The fish was dry the batter hard. There really isn’t any excuse for this , you pay enough for it the least you expect is fresh cooked fish. I would rather wait for a fresh cooked one than get home only to be disappointed. Even the cat turned his nose up to it.

We purchased an order for our family this evening via just eat. When we made the order we were advised that it would take 75 - 90 mins to be delivered and so, given the current situation we took our girls out for a well needed walk.We had plenty time to do so based on what were advised however 25 mins into our walk our Ring doorbell showed our food was being delivered. We spoke to the delivery driver who agreed to take it away and return at around 6:05pm. I also called the shop to explain the situation and accepted that it was a simple mistake.We were understandably surprised to see only 10 mins later, the driver had returned dumped the food on the door step and gone off.When we got home, the food had been sitting on the door step for 30 mins and was now cold.I contacted the shop again to try and confirm what was going on and felt that the staff member and mamager treated us horribly. They dont appear to value our custom and asked me what I expected.I explained an apology would have been nice given the mess up and also possibly a replacement food order to which the manager said we can't please everyone

Keep getting my order wrong. When you get a kebab it should come with salad sauce and chilli sauce. Last 2 times I did not get chilli sauce even when adding a note on Just Eat, this time I got 3 and no salad sauce. Rubbish! Will not be ordering again!!

WORST CHIPPY IVE HAD. the chips looked like they were 2 days old, cold, the sauce was soggy, had ZERO flavour, the kebab came with only kebab meat NO naan bread NO salad, just meat, very overpriced I would never recommend to go there.

Took 2 hours from placing order to being delivered. Food was discusting and cold. Most of the food went into the bin.Further to my last posting: after what I did eat has all now came back up again and down the toilet. I have taken out the food that I binned and will take to food hygiene environmental services 1st thing on Monday morning to be investigated. Never in my life have I felt this ill after a takeaway.

Very good Italian family chippy. Never been disappointed with any purchase. Usually get pizza from here- much better than the likes of Domino's or Papa John's and cheaper. Chippy offerings are very good, fresh fish freshly fried work crispy batter and good quality chips. Also sells Italian ice cream if you want a dessert and bottles of Peroni if you've forgotten your carry out or have just left the pub at closing time
