JJK were amazing I would recommend them to anyone. Upon their first visit, Jamie who was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable diagnosed the issue within two minutes. Immediately after, I was sent a slot for the following week from JJK and given a quote for a part required for the repair. Upon their second visit, Jamie came back and repaired the washer-dryer within 30 minutes. The repair carried out was a cheaper alternative to what other colonies would offer due to Jamie’s knowledge of the washer. I am a very happy customer.

Perfect. Friendly, efficient and thorough, explained everything as he was diagnosing and repairing which was very reassuring and gave me complete confidence in his work. Also went out of his way to check to check a few other bits under the sink and dishwasher etc. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anybody.

After some major issues with Curry's we contacted JJK to install our new dishwasher. Phone and email contact was excellent and all queries were answered. The engineer arrived on time and was efficient and professional. The appliance was easily, quickly and correctly fitted. The whole process and experience was excellent.

Fantastic service. Jamie was super quick to respond, well prepared for the job, fitted me in to his schedule as quickly as he could and got the issue fixed without needing to use additional parts and extra costs. Absolutely unfair price for diagnostics only (and not repair) compared to MB domestics or ABC Domestics around and in MK (about £35). Though explanations and evidence was provided to justify their higher price, no flexibility in cost reduction was suggested, instead threatening that “Unfortunately if this is not paid then we will have to escalate this to the money claim court and this would incur another £35 on top for admin charges.”

Excellent service. Jamie was very knowledgeable and friendly. He identified the fault quickly and had the parts with him so was able to fix the machine there and then. Dishwasher was up and running and kitchen left clean and tidy as if he had never been there. Price as quoted + parts excellent value for money. Would thoroughly recommend.

Jamie was fantastic, friendly but extremely professional, expert and competent. Identified the issue within minutes, as soon as parts arrived, turned up and fitted them, had us cooking again really quickly. Gave good sensible advice too. Totally recommended.
