I was super happy with the service we received from Philip. As a first time buyer it's a very scary and intimidating process, especially trying to book a survey, but Philip was very thorough and friendly and genuine and it made the process so much easier. A lot of surveying companies can be pushy and pestering but Philip lets his professionalism and capabilities speak for itself which I appreciated. He explains everything very well which is comforting and reassuring. I would defo use Accolaide Surveyors again

Amazing service from Philip! Enquired late one night and first thing in the morning Philip came back to me. He explained the whole process to me and was regularly in contact with myself to keep us updated. He was extremely friendly and understanding to everything and all in all he was a pleasure to have had my survey done with! 10/10 recommend!

Accolaide Surveyors provided an excellent and detailed survey report on a timely basis. Philip is extremely friendly and helpful and answered follow up questions without any hesitation and in a practical manner. I would definitely recommend him. Finally, the fees for the work are very reasonable.

We used Philip’s services for a level 3 building survey and would highly recommend him - he is friendly, polite and professional. Philip provided a very detailed and prompt service - he liaised with estate agents and home owners for us and turned around the hard and soft copy reports promptly. The reports are detailed and easy to understand.

I've engaged Philip to undertake a level 3 home survey - his experience is unparalleled and he takes the time to explain any queries I had. He also produced a report within 3 days which was very detailed and replied extremely quickly to emails as well. Prices were reasonable and I especially appreciated how there was zero marketing emails that flooded my email inbox unlike other firms. Highly recommended!
