The Locks

Mainly because the agent, Courtney, is rude, impatient and unprofessional towards the residents living there. The apartment itself is great.

I am very happy for Courtney’s services…she is just awesome and very very helpful.when we first moved here she helped a lot..she became our family …

- The building is located in a good, quiet area.- Walking distance to shops and malls as it is located in the City Center.- Walking distance to this big park where I enjoy the walking with my husband, the Church, Sainsbury, there are also nearby convenience stores and of course if you love desserts, The Locks is just behind the Heavenly Dessert.- Near the road but because of the double glass window, I could not hear the noise outside. Perfect.- There is an available Indoor Gym too.- Courtney, the current manager, is very helpful to us whenever we have concerns in our flat. She would always assist us and I could not say anything but good things about her.- One thing I would like to see in this building is I hope there will be a common area like a Big Lounge where residents could hang out and meet together, maybe play board games or cards, have a coffee or tea.- Overall, My husbnad and I are satisfied with the services of the staffs and staying here is I would say, feels like we are living in a hotel. One proof is we've just signed our new contract to extend our stay here as residents of The Locks. Yey!

The apartment itself is nice, but the management of the building is appalling. I have lived here 18 months and have had countless problems with management. They couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Really disappointing given the cost of rent.

Located in the midst of the Wolverhampton city centre, The Locks is is conveniently close to a lot of places. Courtney from the Locks team is an amazing lady who always helps out and manages everything exceptionally well.

Was corresponding with someone by the name of Courtney and her service has been terrible . Such a rude , unhelpful lady and it seemed like she didn’t want to help me at all get a room. The attitude, the service have all been terrible . If I could give 0 stars I would. The locks need better staff as I think she’s the only person there. Can’t even speak to anyone else unless you go through this unhelpful woman. She needs to go.

Spoke to an agent called Courtney who was extremely rude over phone . She sounded so dismissive over the line. Saying things like “have you even got the funds”. I have never been so appalled from service like this. The company needs to get rid of her . Not helpful at all

I moved in here this summer and I am very happy with The Locks and its management team. Courtney (the building manager) has been an absolute star--always replies my emails immediately and is super attentive and friendly, always following up with any issues I may have. I can't recommend highly enough!

Hi i would want to quickly explain to anyone who is thinking of coming to this place, yes it has a lot of benefits however the Agent (Courtney), whom i had to arrange viewings with to see if the apartment was going to be a perfect first home with my girlfriend, she was very dull and seemed uninterested unlike any other agent i have dealt with ever, she never even came to show us around the apartment like any other agent does.She consistently kept offering dates to us which we could not possibly make and we told her numerous amounts of times, she clearly disregarded that and didn't have any interest in helping us take the big step to our future.Furthermore I wanted to visit the apartment when there was no one living there and all i was responded with was complete and utter rudeness, after a countless number of times of me asking i managed to get another look at it. After wards i emailed Courtney a total of 3 times on 3 separate days and i never had an email back.In conclusion, The Locks do in fact look very appealing and nice, especially for the price, however the agent that you would have to deal with is disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. Never in my life have i met a person like Courtney, who made us both feel unneeded and worthless.

The locks is such a lovely place to live. Courtney the manager is the only women on site that deals with the property other than the maintenance gentleman she is lovely also goes out of her way to help you when needed this is our second year here now and really feels like home x other residents in the building are pleasant and friendly enough. There’s a lot of people in the building but you hardly see or hear anybody. I give five stars and would give more if I could thanks for everythink u do courtneyxx
