Yeah I wouldn't bother. Went in store and walked out with what iI was told by staff would be a well matched, high quality product. Got home and hugely disappointed. Nothing like the size or length I requested and the quality was really quite ratty.Rang to lodge the issue and to request a refund but was told that as the packet had been opened it couldn't be refunded. Really quite a poor show considering it was a choice based on trust and recommendation of staff. £40 down the drain in a time when no one can really afford to see money like that wasted. Might as well take the risk with a cheaper product on Amazon then stick your neck out for local retailers, at least then you'll get a refund. Poor service indeed.

Real hair don't last long and it's quite expensive.

I'm rating this 4 stars because the staff in beauty queen altogether are RUDE. however a few weeks ago I met a lady called Tracey and she made my experience super super enjoyable. I suffer with anxiety and depression and this lovely woman made me feel so comfortable and welcoming. I was greeted by a huge smile and warm welcome and made me feel at ease. She helped me find hair products I needed and advised me on what I needed to repair my damaged ends. Its the first time in years I've popped out for hair products and come back feeling so confident and full of life all thanks to this lovely lovely woman Tracey. SHES A ANGEL. I will be continuing to support beautyqueens walsal as long as live and I will be telling ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY to head there because the great customer service from this lady in particular.

I have heard Tracey has left the store after many years of brilliant service. Bring her back!!! as without her customers will be walking back out the door. She’s the only one that has passion, time for the customers and has knowledge on all the products she is selling! What a utter shame I won’t be coming back unless she does.

A small store, packed with very high shelving with products for hair and beauty. There is far too much stuff and so many of the same type of product that it makes it difficult to shop there. I got very claustrophobic and it was not easy to pass other customers in the aisle due to everything being so crammed in. The staff in there were chatting away on their phones or shouting over each other so it wasn't a very pleasant experience.

terrible customer service. the workers are flippant and rude, and the cashier was on the phone the entirety of my check out experience, only acknowledged me when handing me my receipt. wont be returning.

Excellent service from Tracy every time I have been Into the shop, always knows the weight and colour I need for my extensions. Great friendly service, would highly recommend anyone asks for her advice when going into the shop. Had everything I needed. 5* service with a friendly welcome.

I would say that I mostly love their customer service.A very friendly lady will help with all of your needs and others will quickly bring my products to be paid for ❤️

The lady is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond to help....my first time of going in there and I feel like I've known her years because of how caring and attentive she is to my needs.
