Amazing level of service. House of Williams made our wedding rings. My wife and I attended a meeting and saw the designs for the rings. We had wanted these rings for a long time from the website, measurements taken. Job done!We received the rings slight size issue and in less than 4 working days we had the rings back and they were perfect for an amazing white wedding in Latvia. Great service and highly recommended. Family and friends loved the rings and we would highly recommend House of Williams. Thank you….we will wear them for the rest of our lives….

Would nor recommend. Sent items to them for valuation for sale and i did not accept valuation. I would like items returned but not had any reply to emails asking for confirmation they have returned them. Would hope i receive these back by beginning of the week and they are exactly as i sent to them.

Complete RIP off... they offer you a low amount to start with in a written quote. as with most of these companies you would expect the lower offer anyway as that's how they work. However this company then tells you its worthless over the phone and offers peanuts. RIP OFF company avoid avoid avoid

Do not buy online from this company. Sent me an imperfect ring, refused to speak to me and all contact. Refused to refund me even though the faulty item was returned to them on their request. Bank had to step in and retrieve my refund.
