A few weeks ago I made an appointment to look at motability car options with Andy Ling. Andy was brilliant, he was very informative, patient and explained the answer to all of our many, many questions. He went through all my options and we came up with the ideal model for my needs with additional modifications. The whole process was made very easy for me, the hardest part was actually choosing the colour! Highly recommend going to Bristol Street Motors when choosing a motabilty vehicle. 5* service! Can't wait for my new Nissan to arrive!

Michael was extremely patient with me, considering I did nothing but mess him around accidentally. From start to finish I was a nightmare customer, and at no point did the young man on the reception show any signs of losing his cool which is amazing, because I really am hard work. My own missus thinks he should have strangled me, but in spite of my awkwardness, he still managed to get me sorted and remained helpful and polite at all times. Apologies and thank you. You have a good member of staff there, look after him.

Bought a Nissan Juke from this dealership, the car was good value and in good condition, but the customer experience has been really poor.My details for the V5C were taken incorrectly - I wasn’t given the chance to review these either, which would’ve remedied the situation - and it took several months in order to get this document through and I had to pay to correct this.They taxed my new vehicle for me too, now that it’s up for renewal it turns out they put the tax class as Disabled. I’m not quite sure how, but I now need to remedy this - I can’t imagine DVLA will be particularly pleased knowing my tax class was down as disabled for a year.If buying a car from them, maybe sort the admin out yourselves…

Chris Nichols at Bristol Street Widnes was brilliant. He took me through all the features of the car and the payment options available, and we sorted out a deal I was happy with in just a few visits. Chris has also kept in touch since to make sure I’m happy with the car, which I am. Would definitely recommend Bristol Street Widnes to anyone thinking of buying a pre-owned car. I have bought my last 6 cars from Bristol Street Motors Widnes and cannot fault themI usually buy used cars around a year old and Paul Noone the salesman and the rest of the team cannot do enough to help you.We seen the car we liked at another garage and Paul went out the way to make sure we got it.Everything was sorted including number plate transfer which I didn't have a clue about but Stuart from parts department helped me with this.Service department are always helpful and always advise if any extra work is needed beforehand.Cannot fault Bristol St and staffTHANK YOU

Getting in touch with used team was not a very pleasant experience. Several times asked for call back regarding an important enquiry but no one bothered. Location is right inside a petrol station and a convenient store. Which has it's pros and cons. Toilets are available, easily accessible for disabled, bus stops close by and don't forget to pay your tolls as this location is within the zone. Good luck.

Excellent service from beginning to end, Jamie who dealt with my purchase was friendly and professional and kept me up to date, he is a credit to Nissan. The manager Dean came across and introduced himself which I personally think is a lovely gesture. My car was passed to me absolutely immaculate so a thank you to the mechanics and valets. Purchased a nearly new car November 2023. Good experience, no hard sell which is what I prefer (note I would have walked if there was). Car had slight issue but this was resolved. Even lent me a brand new car whilst it was sorted.Sales staff ( Max , Dean) were helpful and friendly. Assistant sales manager James was very efficient, communicative and friendly. Would I Buy a car from them again? , Yes.
