Being a chain it's hard to comment differently on the various shops. Suffice to say it had what we wanted at nice cheap prices and it was service with a smile.

Great value cards, wrapping paper, diaries, gifts etc but because of this the shop is usually busy and queues can be rather long. Helpful and friendly staff. Located in city centre and easy to get to via bus or walking. Very close to entrance of Chapelfield mall and lots of other shops.

The place to go for cards, wrapping paper, gifts etcSmall shop but very well stockedFriendly staffUsually busy - try not to go too near Christmas as it's absolutely manic !!And keep your eye on your bag / purse - very easy to get pick pocketed (obviously not the fault of the shop !!)This branch is on St Stephens Street - close to chapelfield shopping centre and bus station

On Friday 29th March (last working day before mother’s day) I went to get a card after work. I tried to go in the shop at 17:55 but the door was locked. An old man who was guarding the door and letting people out just shook his head at me instead of giving an explanation as to why he was closing the shop early. I have never been so frustrated to receive such poor customer service and as someone who manages a retail store I am left absolutely shocked at this behaviour. I will never be attempting to return to a card factory store.

This shop has a great selection of quality cards at exceptionally reasonable prices. Only problem is at seasonable times, that is Christmas and Valentine's for instance space is a little tight. Still a great shop.

Always get my cards from Card Factory as they have a great selection and are cheaper than anywhere else. Today I was helped by a very polite and friendly lady who gave off such a lovely positive atmosphere. Thank you :)
