Amazing experience. Would highly recommend pets abroad. The team were very helpful and responsive to all our questions about the transit. Everything was very seamless dealing with Becky and team. The facility they have in London is very nice, clean and professional. The team also sent us regular updates of Judy to keep our nerves at ease.Pets abroad also organised the clearance, transit and care of Judy in UAE once we've landed with a partner company and we had our dog back with us within a matter of an hour or two, delivered to our hotel with all her belongings and the crate, which we could keep.We did not expect Judy to settle in her new surroundings so quickly and we believe the care and attention the pets abroad team gave Judy definitely helped to put her at ease.I'd have no hesitation using pets abroad again in the future or recommending to a friend.

They have transported three dogs for me from the UK to the USA and each time their service has been outstanding, I cannot offer any criticism of what they do, they have been faultless.In addition to being experts at what they do, they make it so simple and straightforward for their customers. This time I had help from Andre, but mostly from Melody, they are wonderful, they get that we love our pets and are nervous about putting our trust in others. They quickly prove that they are worthy of that trust.Every step of the process is customer friendly and extremely well managed by the Pets Abroad staff. I really cannot fault anything in the process, if you are nervous about shipping your pet, put your trust in Pets Abroad, your pets will be very safe in their care and they provide support and guidance from door to door, and beyond.

We had a great experience working with Pets Abroad. We needed to send our dog from London to Boston. Pets Abroad was great to work with. Very good communication, reasonable pricing, and very reliable. I was very nervous to send my dog on the plane, but Pets Abroad made it much easier on me, and she arrived safely. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Wow!!!! What an amazing experience with this company! We shipped 2 dogs from England to the States. They were very responsive and so helpful! They walked us through the entire process, sent videos explaining what they do and how they do it and were so flexible with changing the the dogs’ flight so that they land a couple hours after us so we had time to drive to another airport to go get them. They also put us in contact with state side agents to help with the pick up but then we decided to do it ourselves and they walked us through how to do it, gave us papers we needed and everything was extremely smooth! This was such a huge stress relief for our move. Since it is owned by vets, they were even able to do the health check and do the fit to fly certificates as well (all included in their price). They also provided kennel beds, new water and food dishes, the mesh for the doors that is now required, sprayed the beds with stress relief spray, and added funnels to the crates. When they picked the dogs up the day prior, they let us know what is going to happen next, took them straight away for their vet checks and then to a farm to run around. They also exercised them before the flight and sent pictures and updates as well. Truly thankful for this company and their professionalism. I highly highly recommend them!!!!

I am an American living in the UK. Unfortunately, I had a close family death and needed to return to the USA immediately. I was planning to bring my cat back with me. For something that is extremely stressful and time-sensitive, they truly saved me so much trouble and stress. Incredible customer service (thank you a million times Becky) for their expediency and resourcefulness. Also their quotes were much more reasonable vs. other pet courier services I checked out, with all the added help of picking up my cat for me in Edinburgh and driving him all the way down in London. Honestly, an impeccable company, they know what they're doing. My cat is now safely stateside...his international days are over. Thank you again.

Truly excellent staff and service. Naturally I was worried about Honey (a little Maltipoo travelling alone on a long flight to Dubai. She is very nervous even in a car.) I needn't have worried. We were met by Sophie and Dani who treated us with kindness and understanding from the start. Dani reassured me and took wonderful care of Honey all day. She sent regular updates and photos. I highly recommend Pets Abroad. Honey is now safely with her owners in Dubai and I can stop worrying.

Andre and his team were outstanding. Super professional and knowledgeable. Sent us regular updates, assisted when there were issues with our other agent and went above and beyond. Highly recommend them.
