Went in-store to grab some lunch. Despite the busy lunch rush, staff were efficient and professional, resulting in orders being sent out at a fast pace. Packaging and food quality is always great and the environment is clean and organised.

Your typical McDonald's. I liked the food, decently fast service and the store is big and modern. It is clean when there aren't too many people, but usually they are so then it gets dirty.Staff do a good job.

I think this is the last time I'll bother with McDonald's.All food came to us like this, a shoddy mess, thrown together by people who couldn't careless.Yet for the same price I can go to an independent restaurant for bigger portions and excellent food.Unfortunately, the massive drop in quality is across multiple restaurants. Food is frequently stone cold, incorrect or a disgusting mess.Simply put, McDonald's does not care about delivering quality food.Save yourself time and money - go elsewhere; literally anywhere is better than this restaurant"."

Ordered 2 egg & sausage muffin meals. Waited approx. 15 minutes! Staff mainly concentrate on Uber orders, so customers in store get ignored. There were around 10 customers waiting including us.Our hot drinks were made straight away so by the time our food was ready, the drinks were cold so had to ask for them to be re-done.Been to other McDonalds where the store has been divided so that Uber orders are dealt with separately. This store really needs to do the same.

3 Staff members just talking . So dirty .no tables wiped down .food on floor and my food was cold had to go back to counter to get straws and a fork .too busy with the delivery service worst McDonalds I have ever been in

Got spoken by this arrogant girl at the counter who wouldn’t even listen to anything I had to say. She kept telling me to go the machine and then place the order. I wanted to explain that my card was blocked and if I could pay cash at the counter but I never got the chance to speak to her. She assumed that I didn’t know what I was doing there. Stupid new generation who don’t have any intelligence or manners.

It was too crowded and the particular waitress who brought our food over was a tad rude. Asides that, twas ok. The crowd is explainable as it's a fast food. Many people were hanging around looking for a spare seat to be seated.

It's McDonalds. It's always full of people. But they are fast at what they do. You don't wait very long and the food is always nice and hot. Fries are crispy only if you seat and eat them there. But found a fly in the fries. It happens.
