Do not use them.. I booked 2 genies to be delivered to my address and they were going to be delivered in the morning. They turned up at 4:30 pm after me trying g to chase delivery at least 10 times. I had 6 men on the job waiting for the equipment to turn up. It cost me 800 pounds to have the men waiting. I also had to ask them to come back the next day to complete the lift.We then realised that one of genies did not come down, so the men spent 1 hour trying g to find a way of getting the Genie out..The company is run by a bunch of amators, do mot know what is going on where the drivers are. They even asked me to speak to the driver!! When I called him he did not have job on his round and yet the office was telling me the equipment will ve delivered as promised..I give the 0 score if I could. Complete waste of time and money.I forgot to mention, they were supposed to pick the equipment yesterday.. they have not turned up neither.. crazy outfit..

Awful. Bad customer service + service in general.We pencilled a booking, they said the machinery + operator were available for this, I checked this twice over a few days to ensure we weren't going to miss out. When I finally asked to book it in, they got back 2hrs later to ask if we wanted to confirm (which I already had done, asking for options to pay), and then when I asked about their insurance, they said that they are not insured and said any damages would be at our own risk?! 2 minutes later they emails and said you have missed the time slot" and they had no availability for the day we specifically needed it for.Their website is very misleading. Don't state that you are " working only at the highest standards so we can give only the best solution" + "nothing stands in our way to offer you the tools and the support that your business requires." + "M. Teevan Hire is here so all your worries will disappear! Make a list with what you need

hello, today I called several times to enquire about a concrete mixer that is in our garden. The pick-up was scheduled 8 weeks ago.I spoke to 3 different people, but no one asked for my name or my address, I have just been told to leave in the street and you hanged the phone several times.It may be a very bad day for your company today, but considering that you are neglecting your tools and clients, offering decent customer service could be a good idea.

Fantastic service from start to finish arrived early to drop machine off , would highly recommend. All site services.

Rang Teevans to ask if they had space heaters for hire as our boiler had broken down. Pleasant man recommended electric heaters and offered to check stock in warehouse but was sure they had plenty. He didn't call back as promised, so I called this morning. Same guy said yes there were heaters but no delivery possible. I organised someone to collect but when he got there there were no heaters. Embarrassed I rang Teevans to ask what had changed. Put on hold, then cut off then on hold again. Apparently the same guy but now agressive the picked up the phone demanded to know what I wanted him to say, there were no heaters I should go buy them from Argos and stop annoying him.The general view is that Teevans have become cowboys though they used to be excellent. Won't be putting anyone through that treatment. We took our business elsewhere.

Horrible! Avoid.Booked a ladder for delivery today (23 October 2018) and was given a 2 hour time band for delivery. Did not deliver, so I rang and was told delivery would be within 30 mins. Failed to deliver yet again, so I rang back only to be abruptly told by the same man, No problem

Unreliable and incompetent staff. They still haven't dealt with our invoice (over 3 months now), having a deposit of £1000.They never return your calls and whens spoken to, can be very rude and avoid any responsibility. Avoid this company, even if it's initially cheaper than other companies, you'll be having a lot of issues and delays.

Failed to show up and when we rang to ask where they were the guy on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us.

Awful company , consistently lie about turning up , has cost my project thousands , have lied on the website about the quality of the machines . Old unreliable machinesPoor company , stay away

Had very bad experience. Showed up late, their digger broke two garden lights, then digger broke down, then they never replied to phone calls or email about complaints having taken all money in advance. They still owe me. Go elsewhere.
