I have recently leased a Range Rover through their Fleet Department, and from the beginning when talking to Jameel through to after sales with David - it has been an excellent experience. I got the best price for the lease, advice on model and trim etc., and the car was delivered when they said it would be to the day. The delivery experience was also excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Debbie @ Stockport was amazing; after what I thought was going to be a very hefty bill Debbie worked closely with the manufacturer to enable a goodwill gesture to secure works done at no costs to me. This was a very worrying and stressful time since I had only had the car 5 months but Debbie was great, she understood the issue and worked tirelessly to get this resolved for me. I was without my car for 2 weeks but a hire car was made available to me and I was kept informed of progress throughout. Amazing customer service - thank you

Beware if you want to exercise your consumer rights!!I placed an order on a Range Rover Sport that was a previous cancelled order so the changing the spec was not an option. I was supplied cgi images from the salesperson Matt Thorpe and based on these I decided to purchase the vehicle. I had an email from the dealer to say that the car was now physically in stock so I replied and requested some photos. Unfortunately once I received the photos the car didn’t look as impressive as I had hoped, because the car was black it was unclear from the cgi images that the bumpers were not fully colour coded and there were other things that made me question if I was happy to pay such a large amount of money for a car that was fairly bland. I contacted the salesperson to ask if I could exercise my cooling off period. This is where the problems started.The salesperson who had been very helpful when things we’re going in his favour instantly turned aggressive and spoke to me with a raised tone from the outset which put me off straight away. I was told that I didn’t have a cooling off period even though I had only signed the agreement 6 days ago, this was put across to me in way that almost made me feel I was stuck with the car. Fortunately I did my homework and contacted the finance company who were shocked that I had been given false information from a main dealer and cancelled the order from there end.I then called Sytner Stockport again to tell them that I had cancelled the finance agreement directly. Again Matt Thorp was extremely aggressive and now told me that I would have to pay a £1500 + vat cancellation fee even though the car wasn’t built specially for me. I asked to speak to his sales manager who was slightly more personable but only marginally and also told me that the cancellation fee would have to be paid.After sending an email to highlight my concerns the fee has now been waived, however the whole process of trying to cancel the order was aggressive and on the verge of bullying and I felt more like I was dealing with a dodgy second hand car garage than a main dealer. I feel that if I was an older or more vulnerable person I would have been pressured into completing the purchase.Be aware of their pushy tactics if yourself or any relatives are considering purchasing a vehicle from them. I have since placed an order with another dealer where the whole process has been an absolute pleasure compared to my experience with Sytner Stockport.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had the unfortunate experience of my Range Rover Evoque breaking down en route to a work event, but was incredibly fortunate to be recovered to Sytner Landrover Stockport. Despite the unexpected turn of events, my evening was saved by Paul, the shift manager. He went above and beyond in his role, proving to be unbelievably accommodating. Although Land Rover Assist (AA) couldn’t provide a hire car tonight due to the car’s recent hire and its unexpected mechanical failure, Paul ensured I reached my hotel without further hassle. His service truly exemplifies the standard that both Sytner and Landrover should be proud of. A well-deserved 5 stars.

Regrettably, my encounter with Sytner Land Rover Stockport has been disheartening and distressing. Initially, I scheduled a minor service for my Range Rover Sport based on the provided mileage and registration details, only to be informed by Katie Gore, the senior service advisor, upon arrival that a major service was necessary – doubling the expected cost. Subsequently, a few hours later a call informed me of a suspected engine failure, completely unexpected given I drove my car into the dealership absolutely fine.It took an astonishing 7 weeks for Sytner Land Rover Stockport to provide any resolution or feedback on the status of my vehicle. Throughout this extended period, my attempts to seek updates were met with a cycle of being passed around without any information or progress.After nearly 7 weeks, I received an email from Katie Gore, stating that Land Rover would contribute 60% towards the engine repair due to the nature of the failure and low mileage. However, this leaves me with a staggering balance of £7,122.40.I then asked the service manager Stacey Higham, to contact me to discuss this took a further 6 days. Her response being, I should contact Land Rover customer service directly on a web chat or general telephone number.Having researched this issue extensively online, hundreds of Range Rover Sport owners of the 2018/2020 models have experienced engine issues and it is a known manufacturing fault in this vehicle, yet I am being financially penalised for this at my expense.Despite the vehicle having low miles and full land rover service history, multiple staff members acknowledged that the engine failure is a manufacturing issue. It is profoundly shocking that Sytner Land Rover Stockport would even consider holding me liable for any costs in a situation where it is evident that the manufacturing quality falls short of the standard expected from Land Rover.After constantly hearing bad reviews about Range Rover customer service I can confirm that it is extremely poor service and I have lost all faith in Land Rover.

Bought 1st new car and it was Very easy and straight forward process and they were honest about the cars condition.Craig was outstanding on his job he helped us a lot in every step , pleasant, supportive member of staff to guide us through the process of buying and what would happen in the collection and process of payment method .Great service from start to finish .I can highly recommend this place .*****

Definitely avoid. We've been having an issue for weeks with our car and the service team couldn't care less... We can never get anyone on the phone, they never return our calls or they just email at the end of the day so we have to wait until the next day to try and ring back. We tried to resolve it by going in and speaking to the sales team about a possible trade-in. We waited for 45 minutes with 2 young children even though we had an appointment, had to keep asking the people on reception what was going on. When we finally got to speak to someone it was clear they weren't listening to any of our concerns and were just trying to sell us a factory order car that we couldn't afford, even though I explicitly told them I couldn't wait for a new car. We ended up walking out with my wife in tears from the stress.Seriously... the cars are lovely, but I strongly advise you get one from a different dealer.

Customer service from service department is absolutely appalling. Dropped car 9:30 as requested didn’t get looked at until I rang for an update at 4pm. Then was told it was needed over weekend and despite paying for extended warranty at £68 month was told no car was available. After back and forth phone calls finally got curtesy car that was nothing near like the car I was paying monthly finance for. Got the car back Monday night at 8 pm when I come to use the car Tuesday morning it was faulty again with the exact same fault they should have fixed over weekend. They’ve note had my car another two days and I’m told they need to keep it again I had to call for the updated as no one got back to me, they never return your calls despite having their receptionist say the sense team said they will call back. Not the type of customer service I expect from Range Rover or the the tour of calls I expect from a Range Rover car. If you are looking for a Range Rover don’t buy from Sytner Stockport. Absolute nightmare service department.,

Had excellent support from Deborah C at Land Rover Stockport, Manchester. I had my car in for service and her communication and customer service was exceptional. Always swift to provide me with updates which were comprehensive and clear, as well as factual on next steps and timeframes. Deborah made sure I had a solution so I was mobile and friendly in her approach at all times. I work daily ensuing customer standards are high and Deborah exceeded this ! Thank you Deborah!! Upon car collection I also had a detailed overview on car DPF which was complete by Paul. Paul also ensured my girls had a cake and drink on car pick up which made them happy which is also appreciated.and a thank you here. Overall, Land Rover Stockport I would highly recommend and will continue to be a customer for all future endeavours. All appreciated!
