He charges very ridiculous prices for phone repairs. For example, I once went to fix my phone screen, and the guy in A&G said £500 I went to another shop, and they said £450 and the final shop I went to charged me £300 they all charge different prices for the same quality of service.

What a fantastic service from Arshad. I smashed the LCD on my Samsung tablet. A replacement screen wasn’t available quickly so he had the great idea of buying a 2nd hand tablet and using it as a donor. Arshad then also managed to retrieve my data from the damaged mother board so I can now send my surveys to the client on time. Thank you.

I would have given a higher review but my phone started malfunctioning the next day. They fixed my screen really quickly (iPhone 11) probably under half an hour but sometimes the screen sensitivity is incorrect and it will be pressing random things/areas. I do not live in Cardiff, I was fixing it there as a one off so it’s really frustrating that I cannot have this issue fixed with them. I need to pay for someone to fix a new issue that was created.

My screen had cracked and I was in the middle of a project I needed it to be fixed for, so I went to this place to repair the screen. They told me they had the right equipment and would repair it in an hour, so I leave and come back an hour later for them to tell me that they'd taken apart my phone only to realise they didn't in fact have the right equipment, but now I couldn't use my phone and would have to wait for a delivery. They said it would be 24hrs for the delivery and then they'd repair it - I got my phone back repaired three days later. This happened a few weeks ago, and the whole time since my phone screen has had increased sensitivity to the point where it makes clicking noises until I lock then unlock it multiple times, and the screen protector is visibly not been fully attached. The delivery wasn't their fault, but the way they handled the repair was frustrating and has left my phone faulty where they 'fixed.' Please make educated decisions on where to go in Cardiff to repair your tech.
