I've been to Nayim for 3 separate injuries over the last couple of years. Everytime he has figured out correctly what the cause of the issue was & provide great rehab & advice. Highly recommended - especially if your current physio isn't providing the answers your looking for!

One of the best one stop shop for your fitness needs! The clothes are on point, top quality and look slick! The physiotherapist Nayim is super knowledgeable and has sorted my back and neck issues out in a couple of sessions. Highly rated!

Started physio a few months ago for my back. The results are amazing and even gave me some tips on how I can help myself. Nayim made me feel super comfortable and relaxed and talked through everything he was doing. Also recently bought some joggers and they are super comfortable for casual wear and lounging. I would really recommend the athletic company.

Having done some form of fitness my entire life, I’ve been to visit many physiotherapists, I would place Nayim ahead of all of them.Nayim has helped me to recover quickly from two injuries whilst enabling me to stay active during rehabilitation. As an athlete himself, he takes a personal interest and balances the tension between exertion and exhaustion extremely well.

Been training with Athletic for a while now .Nayim is also one of the best Physiotherapist’s I’ve been to . He’s been such a help with my back issues due to a minor car accident and there’s absolutely no one else I would go to for any sort of physio required needs .Recently been PT by Rahul and as someone with quite a lot of underlining health issues he has been a crucial part of ongoing battle of getting my fitness up safely and honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone or anywhere else .Also to note Athletic have a vast range of Comfortable yet functional range of training gear .The joggers are probably the most comfortable pair I’ve ever owned .Highly Recommend anyone looking for anything fitness related , be it for workout sessions physio or training apparel.

Coming to Nayim for physiotherapy on my slipped disc injury was the best decision I made. He helped me physically and mentally get back to my full potential. He is a great physiotherapist and would definitely recommend him to all family and friends. The professionalism and service provided was brilliant.
