Awful service. Iv had a digital piano which is unusable for 5 years when the technician came he said there was nothing wrong with it when I turns itself off every 30 secondsVery poor customer service

Contrary to some negative reviews I received a very detailed response to my enquiry within a couple of days.

I am kind of shocked to see some of the negative reviews on W D Greenhill & Co because I experienced exactly the opposite and nothing but excellent customer service and quick respond time and providing options that suite the customers.The team was fast and responsive and by emailsThey provide the convenience of fixing your machine in your house instead of sending my 25 kg machine by parcel to a repair shop all the way to Londonthe technicians were efficient, professional and polite (they took their shoes off when asked) they made the repair in place and finished the job in less then an hour.These guys are a life saviour they revived my machine from death and returned it back to life in no time.I am grateful to their assistance in fixing my machine in such efficient and quick manner. I can not recommend them enough for their good work so thank you W D Greenhill team.Sarmad Alshami

Can’t believe they’re still doing business with Kawai. I literally had to threaten legal action to have my instruments returned to me after a year of no correspondence or repairs going on. Don’t see this company lasting long.

Embarassing level of professionalism. Ignoring emails and calls, pretending that the technician is busy and cannot even read an email after a month. Such a terrible reccomendation from official KAWAI UK it's simply unacceptable.

About as poor as customer service can be. Don't return calls, don't reply to emails, and ultimately don't fix pianos. No idea why Kawai have given them exclusively service centre status, it gives consumers no choice.

Dreadful service, technician caused my piano to have a problem it never had in first place, when I complained I was fobbed off with emails promising I would get a call from a technician, (I never did) and after weeks of sending emails asking if someone would come and fix the problem, emails were completely ignored. Please please please don’t give these people your business.

Rose Morris in Denmark Street, London, gave me their number after I accidentally dropped my Kawai Digital Piano and damaged the inside.As it could not be covered by the guarantee, I wanted to fix it with the official Kawai repairers.WD Greenhill and Co have been really helpful; they repaired my piano promptly and efficiently.I didn’t have to go to the shop as the technicians came to my house, which was very convenient.Very good customer service, I highly recommend them!!!
