Visited this beautiful jewellery shop in Llandudno whilst staying for the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure our customer experience was second to none. Beautiful shop, presented perfectly, family service which made it feel very comfortable. We will return no doubt when we visit Llandudno again. Thank you

Service is second to none, I can not fault this fabulous Jewellers. My first visit was 22 years ago when my Husband said lets go in, and he bought me my 25th wedding Anniversary Diamond ring, my Husband asked if they could engrave Je t'aime in the band for me, not a problem, since I have had my ring cleaned which brings it back like you had just bought it. Unfortunately this time I had to have a stone replaced, but as you can see from the picture they matched the new Diamond perfectly and cleaned & polished. It looks like the day my Husband bought it for me. Once again Peers have maintained their professional and courteous high standards.

Visited today with my Mum to chose a silver chain. The gentleman who served us could not have been more helpful. His advice was very useful when making a selection. There was a great choice with the option of having something made specially. The prices were reasonable and this would definitely be my first port of call for jewellery in the future.

Incredible service from a family that truly care about the quality they provide. The variety and beauty of the rings on offer far superseeded other jewellers I had previously visited.I engaged with my fiance in Venice. To put into context the exemplary service I have previously mentioned, Graham had personally arranged for a booking in an incredible restaurant whilst we were there and had arranged for complimentary champagne as a form of belated celebrations (without us knowing!). Cannot recommend enough and will undoubtedly be sending accross my friends, and will return for our wedding rings.

Amazing service in melting down a wedding ring which had been left to me by my Grandparent and building it back up thicker and stronger. It looks amazing and the advice and support of the team was fantastic. They understood the importance of the piece and put that before their profits. 100% recommend.

Very knowedable jeweller. I went in today to have I hoped a repair done on my engagement ring that had lost its sapphire. We bought this ring in India many years ago. I learnt so much from my visit about stones and gold. The gold was not as good as we though so tried on some new rings and eventually went for and understated ruby and diamond ring which I love. The service was second to none. Thank you this is a family run business who care about what they sell to people very evident. So happy with my new ring. In the past I have also had my Ebel watch serviced here which is sent away not to Ebel for a fraction of the price compared to Ebel. Lovely jeweller. You won't be disappointed
