I do enjoy eating from chicken kitchen and I thought I’d try out this one, definitely would stick to the one in Kentish Town. Better service & better meals for sure. Wings were absolutely horrible. The only thing I enjoyed eating was the Mac & cheese..

Soooo Good! Had an amazing meal, we loved the food! The chicken and waffle was wicked! Staff really friendly and food came out fast. Highly recommend!

I do like the fried dumplings!! Chicken is ok, not the highest of quality, just solid. Very good flavours. The shepherd Bush branch has staff who seem a lot more customer aware. Can't say the same about the Acton branch, I'm afraid.

Good food. Well priced. It's a small restaurant that has become immensely popular with the locals, so you can imagine it can get very crowded. Be prepared to wait 20 to just place an order. But it will be worth it in the end. They kept the menu simple and very much focused around the chicken with a good variety; jerk, grilled, BBQ and fried. The fries are so good here.

Service could be better. I ate in the shop in the past and loved it, so I tried to reorder online. Tried to call the shop to make a change, impossible to reach them as no one was replying the phone. After a looong time, I finally got someone on the phone, the person was rude, actually don’t care about what I am saying. Hung up on me, I had to recall. I mean at this point I’d rather stay hungry.

Pretty overpriced for the quality. I tried the loaded fried BBQ jerk dumpling burger which cost over £10. The dumpling and chicken had clearly been reheated, not cooked to order, because they were served just a couple minutes after ordering. There were just a couple small strips of dry chicken breast dressed in far too sweet BBQ sauce; maybe the normal Jerk burger would be better.

The food was delicious! Yummy! Mmmmm!Ordered Dumpling Jerk Chicken burger, Special chicken, Jerk Wings, BBQ Wings, normal Wings, normal fries and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious but the chicken pieces were a little dry. The Fruit punch was okay but overhyped.Worse part of this place was the waiting time, I waited about 50 minutes after my order. Took forever. And because of that I will not be returning. This place was also full of Hood Rats lol, they can’t pull their trousers up and also have their hands in their pants. Thought the prices would deter these kids.

Definitely one of the most overhyped places I've ever had. I ordered the dumpling chicken burger with jerk wings and fruit punch. I'm not a fan of the dumpling bread and the chicken/bread ratio was pretty bad. The chicken was half the size of the dumpling. The jerk wings were horrible, do not even bother. The only good thing was the fruit punch which was super sweet although it is quite pricey for a small bottle. Overall the food was below average and the prices are not worth it. Would not recommend to visit.
