Water Tower
I visited today for lunch with my family, the food was excellent, and served in a timely manner.Your steak was cooked to perfection.The pub was lovely and clean, and nice and warm.I would highly recommend the water tower for that perfect lunch.

What a find! This place is awesome. Great menu, with a good selection or food. We all had different dishes and they were all lovely. Reasonable price as well. Lovely staff too, friendly and helpful. Will be a regular now since my son has moved in around the corner.

Had a lovely lunch here today. Lovely clean and modern pub with excellent food. Really child friendly, (we came with our 2 year old daughter). Steve the new landlord was very welcoming and friendly. It was our first time here and we will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend.

This is our 3rd visit to the Water Tower.Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our meals and excellent value.The tables and menus were clean .Eg tables and menus were NOT sticky.The chips were good quality and all food was cooked to perfection for me.Staff especially Josh was very help full and polite

sent my complaint on 26 Oct to customer service, but I haven’t received any feedback.My husband is an AA member and have been enjoying a 15% discount on food at Greene King in the past. Unfortunately, lunch with my friends on 25 Oct at the Water Tower , the staff refused to honor this benefit, even though I mentioned that he had an AA member discount code. He have used this discount in other areas in the past, and it was also indicated as usable in the AA app for this restaurant. Nevertheless, we were denied the discount, and we had to pay the full amount. This left us extremely disappointed.Furthermore, we ordered two 8-ounce Rump steaks, and one of the servings had an exceptionally small portion. This was unexpected and added to my disappointment. My friend was also very displeased with the experience.

Went for a family meal.Food was quick service.Food was lovely and well presented.very hot.Love the atmosphere.Will always tell my friends and family how great the pub is.

I popped in yesterday as I was in the area, I intended to just watch the football but figured I would be there for a while so I decided to order some food while I was watching Liverpool Vs Manchester City (lunchtime kickoff) the food came out in great time and I thoroughly enjoyed it, the staff were friendly and very welcoming and accommodated to all of my needs and listened to every enquiry I had and answered in a very polite and professional manner and answered them to the best of their abilities. I cannot thank the staff enough for making my experience really enjoyable and I most certainly will be returning. Keep up the great work

Having popped in after visiting the Christmas stalls. Lunchtime was busy. Our food come out as fast and hot, I Would highly recommend the steak and all pie and mash. Brilliant service all round.

The meal was as shown, noone asked how our meal was or took our plates - we waited for a while but left. 2 out of 5 meals were okay. Mine and my sons were not great. Mine being the worst.

Popped in for lunch with a friend great value food and drink. The new manager was really helpful and friendly and even offered to lend me his reading glasses when he saw me struggling to read the menu. Food came out within 20 mins and we couldn’t fault it.
