Met Steph in a meditation class in our gym first and foremost helped me with me my head and just a person to talk to. And not only did this diamond help me with that but keeps my body fighting ready had many sports massages and Chinese fire cupping over the years but they never had a ounce of knowledge or experience as Steph she knows what she is doing and takes it serious absolute diamond of a person

First visit today and I can feel a massive difference already. Had a sports massage booked with Steph, with it being my first visit she made sure to go through everything with me. Asking all the necessary stuff to determine what the issue was and explained exactly what she would be doing to help. Can hands down say I will 100% be going back! If you've not been and have been thinking about it. Get yourself booked in!

I first found Steph when she advertised 'Fanny's for Facials' which encouraged people to attend their smear test in exchange for a free facial - I often wonder how many lives she may have saved especially since lots of other companies followed in her footsteps and also offered this incentive.Steph is absolutely incredible, I love going to her for a massage.I highly recommend Wellness With Steph!

Ive never been a big fan of massages. Been training for some years now and my back muscles got so stiff and the pain was unbearable, did a massage and cupping session. Been to the gym today and I swear I felt I had a new back, no pain or stress. Definitely coming back.. She knows what she does. Thanks steph

Fabulous Fabulous place. I've had massages, cupping, hot stones, reiki all off Steph. My 10 year old daughter also had reiki and loved it. Couldn't recommend Steph enough! Brilliant person.
