I called Simon when I had put my back out" badly and was literally hobbling around. He saw me the next day and really spent his time examining me to see what had happened and how to start reducing the pain. Not only did I leave feeling far better but I also left with some exercises to help prevent it happening again. I shall be booking in regular visits to ward off future trouble."

I came to Simon with a plantar fasciitis injury. He massaged, stretched, and provided exercises to aid recovery which was quite painful initially but soon strengthened the tensions and pit me well on the way to recovery in a short period of time. Excellent work Simon!

Wonderful massage by Simon. Usually I find massage not deep enough. After the initial consultation stating my preference, Simon gave the amount of pressure that was right for me. The treatment was well thought through and thorough. Definitely recommend to people who want something relaxing, body maintenance or dealing with a specific injury.

After contacting Simon on n relatively short notice about a neck and shoulder issue he was able to offer me an appt quickly.The whole process was super slick, easy to use booking and payment system.The treatment room was cosy, stunning views and Simon’s knowledge and skill were evident in identifying the source of the problem the treating it successfully.He released the issue and gave me some follow up exercises to build strength in identified areas of weakness.Highly recommended and will be returning myself.Thanks Si
