Used to be a very good example of a boots store, now you go in, cant find half the items that you wanted. Most items out of stock and very few staff to help you, quite disappointing really.

Always find boots a good place to visit for my toiletries. A very good variety and plenty of value for money items. It many not be the store it once was, I'm talking many years, but I think it's much overlooked as it has most items that people want and has a loyal cliental, I would always recommend and regularly do.

The young lady that served me was veryHelpful .My husband asked them to deliverto the house as usual they came but said they.didnt no were to leave it they couldHave left it in the brown bin. but we had noChoose but to collect from Boots.I was lucky to collect and I got helpFrom a nice assistant who took the item out of a big boxAnd put them in my bag i brought with me.I also have to hold on to a walking stick.The house delivery was better for me but not for the driver.

Its boots, you all know what to expect, the thing is, my girl friend loves boots, totally obsessed. So i have been to more boots then i would like and spent more time in them then i want!This one is small, but its a town store. What you wouldn't expect is the stellar servuce in this place, these people are the friendliest in any store, let alone boots.

Despite being a small Boots, it has a good variety of products/services. Pharmacy, medicines, baby, fragrances, make up etc. An essential on Beeston high street!

Extremely poor quality pharmacy in my experience. Literally never once was able to fill my prescription properly and would not even humour you if you were asking for help with an illness. Acted as if every illness could be fixed by boiled water or waiting and doing nothing. In my opinion swithch to any other pharmacy nearby or go straight to a GP or doctor as they wont be able to provide decent help.
