A strange experience overall - got them in to remove an old water tank in the loft, a tricky job in the limited space. They said they’d send two people, but one turned up at first, saying someone else was meant to come but he’d have to get started. Despite having an earlier visit to check out the job and take pictures, the man had seen none of these. The other person did not show up for pretty much the whole job, so there was one man trying to cut up the tank on his own in the loft, while pausing to call the office asking where the other man was. He put a real shift in getting the job done but it was not a comfortable experience and I doubt it was safe from the workman’s perspective. Bit of a communication breakdown overall and the office didn’t seem to know how things had gone this way. Ultimately, the tank was taken out and to that extent I’m satisfied, but I couldn’t recommend them on the basis of my experience.

Above and beyond service on Christmas Day when we were without hot water/heating and Anthony came out at very short notice and spent a couple of hours trying to achieve a temporary fix to tide us over until an essential new part arrived. Massively grateful that he took time away from his family (on Christmas Day!!!) to help us without charging an ‘extortionate’ call out fee and staying until the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. The part arrived a few days later and Catalyst returned to fit and undertake an annual boiler service. Once again, we experienced the most exceptional, reliable & top class service. After several years utilising their services I would never go elsewhere. Highly recommended!!

Very professional, staff are always helpful and polite

Having been given the number to Catalyst from a friend of mine and experienced lousy and unreliable plumbers in the past. It was such a relief that they were able to help me out at such short notice with my heating.They managed to get a heating engineer out as soon as possible to resolve the issue. The engineer who came out looked very smart and was extremely courteous which made me feel at ease with him in my home.When you've experienced lousy trades people who let you down or add all extras on it was nice to have a company that are honest and upfront from the very beginning.I would highly recommend Catalyst Energy. From start to finish I felt I was a priority and that they wanted to get me sorted as soon as humanly possible.

First class service from the moment we had our initial quote right through to the installation of our new boiler. Nothing was too much trouble, left the house as clean as they found it and professional but friendly customer service-great bunch of lads. I would highly recommend this company and I won't be using anyone else.

Boiler had gone out in the morning and I had no hot water or heating, I relayed this to my estate agents who got Caralyst Energy to come and help us out. We were advised that this was an extremely busy day but they still managed to fit us in. Efficient and friendly; the job was done in a couple of minutes and I was told how to solve the problem if it happens again.Many thanks to all involved
