this place had a carer that flooded the bathroom and it went downstairs through the floor to ceiling into the office/storage room. she was the only person that’s been in that bathroom multiple times but she LIED and said it wasn’t here. she lied to her agency also and how the agency is saying that her leaving the tap on is OUR OPINION even though that doesn’t make logical sense as the carer was the ONLY one to use the bathroom and the taps that day. the same carer leaves her masks on the floor and when i asked her if it was her mask when she came back in the evening she again LIED and said it wasn’t when it was the exact same colour she was wearing and no one else in my house even wears masks this place is disgusting and i’m looking to take legal action if anything expensive is ruined by the floor she caused.

don’t use this place no matter what. 1 of the carer lies through her teeth with no shame. they flood places and lie. they leave their masks and workwear on the floor then lie. they don’t replace the bin after changing it then use the bin without a bag in it.

Loads of issues, some resolved but most were not... I wouldn't want to generalise, it depends on what you need everyday. Personally, if I had a choice, I will never go back to this agency. Someone with less needs than mine may actually find a small proportion of the people quite pleasant. Overall my experience was not good at all.

No doubt due to staff shortage, without notice carers" repeatedly arrived outside of the suppot/care plan timetable ranging anywhere between half and two hours and one occasion four hours. The repeated late arrival inhibited planning daily activities and personal independence.Simple everyday tasks we take for granted such as basic food prep and general household duties had to be repeatedly explained how to be carried out.There was no personal hygiene care."

Don't start to work for this agency because you are not going to get your pay slips and you don't know nothing about your National insurance and how much you paying tax .
