Jack turned up as arranged. Fitted a replacement boiler in a different location from kitchen to a new position upstairs.He was in and out in a day and half . He just never stopped and left my property clean and clear of all debris.

I gave your details to my sister in law at Leven ,she said Jack came at short notice to view the problem went to fetch parts required and completed the work within an hour and a half. Jack was nothing but brilliant from start to finish. From coming out at very short notice on Good Friday, to providing us with very reasonable quotes and completing all of the work. Jack was able to work around our schedule and was nothing but helpful and professional though out the whole process. We had a whole new boiler fitted in 2 days and our house was left spotless. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we were given a full explanation on how the new system worked. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend!

Well, it’s been a year since Jack installed my new boiler. It has just had its annual service. Jack asked me how it had been going and asked if I had any problems. I don’t think he was surprised when I told him that I was very pleased with its operation. Jack undertook a full service of the unit, including checking all the radiators. Of the features I like with the “Halo” wireless thermostat and also the associated phone App, is not only the way you can set On / Off timed heating schedules but also the ability to set a “Geofence” which basically means that depending on the distance (which you set) you are away from your home the heating will switch off - saving you money. Likewise, when you ‘hit’ the return “Geofence” setting the heating fires up. What does this mean? Simple really – the house is nice and warm for when you get home, but not wasting energy whilst you are away.In respect of efficiency (money saving) – my dual fuel bill has reduced by £55 per month.Once again, I’d like to thank Jack and Uniquegassolutions for their professionalism. If you are thinking about getting a new boiler then give him a call – you won’t regret it.

Jack is a life saver, he restored my heating today, it’s so great to feel warm again. He fixed and serviced the boiler and checked all the radiators with professional efficiency, he explained what he had done and why and I couldn’t be more impressed. This is an excellent company. On meeting Jack I knew I wouldn't look further. He did a comprehensive survey at the house, not like two others over the phone. The job was done on time on cost. Everything left clean and tidy and all the old components taken away. Good work. Thanks Jack.

Jack and Gary did a fantastic job of taking out the old back boiler,4 water tanks and an immersion heater, replacing all that with a combi boiler, Jack cleaned up and left the bungalow spotless,The bill was the same as the original quote ,he never stopped working all the time he was here, will definitely use again.Regards John.
