Hi hope you are all well I was just seated outside looking at my phone I turned and looked and noticed a member of your staff a female member wrinkled face heavy black eye make up white blonde stared at me which I thought was disgusting I also feel that as I window shop your staff your staff members constantly stare and watch me closely I find this behaviour rude not to mention racist and makes me uncomfortable about coming into your shop and turns me off buying jewellery from your shop.I do hope that you don't behave like this towards customers particularly those who are coloured and Asian

Had a great experience purchasing Omega watches for my wife and I via Simon the Branch Manager at Albion Street. Simon took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and managed to secure these for us. One in particular was difficult to obtain, but his persistence paid off!The experience of picking these up was also fabulous. Simon couldn't have been more helpful, ensuring that everything was 'just so' which makes me a very happy customer. I'd have no hesitation in recommending both Berry's and Simon to help with whatever jewellery you're looking for.

Probably not real diamondsTook a diamond and white gold ring into Berry's to be valued. It took just over a week, and on receiving the valuation back it was detailed as a moissanite and silver ring at a much lower value than expected.The store manager said to us that the acid test on the metal was 100% accurate so it was definitely silver, then upon inspection of the stones which she said looked near flawless" said "if it's too good to be true
