Was searching online for a place to buy Axolotls and a tank set up, close to Preston I drove up to Fylde water Gardens with my 2 children and had a good chat with the owner to find more out about Axolotls and their care. All questions asked and haply to purchase we bought 2 Axies and a large tank with stand. Stand looks great and tank set up included a water filter, thermometer and food. Advice given on set up and introducing Axies to the tank. All went smoothly for set up at home and we have had these 2 for a few weeks now and they have settled into their new home happily!

My partner and I went there to look at axolotl. They have quite a few of them. It was a bit late in the afternoon. Next time we'll go earlier and have a chat on what's needed to have axolotl

James saved the day for us today! Woke up on Sunday morning to the axolotl tank we had got second hand leaking. Called James and Fylde water gardens and he informed us of how to patch it, what to use and had several tanks at a really reasonable price. Ended up purchasing a 160L tank which looks fantastic and our axolotls are safe and sound in their new home. excellent service from knowledgeable a d friendly staff. They certainly know their onions.only thing that was lacking was a wider range of fish suitable for my tanknot much choice. But maybe we just chose the wrong time to visit as a delivery was due the week after we visited

Bought 6 tropical fish and a Fluval Filter. They are all working (swimming) wonderfully and buying them was very easy and quick. I asked questions about compatibility of different fish and requested male and female pairings - both of my requests were fulfilled. Overall a lovely experience!
