Welcomed by Steve who let us look around before giving advice when we asked. We ended up buying the Touch sofa in the window as it was so comfortable and fits our space perfectly. All the sales staff seemed friendly which made a very relaxing experience for us unlike the pressure we got from other places the minute we walked in. We visited the Cambridge store on Saturday to buy a mattress. Steve Wong greeted us as we entered the store and after we had time to browse offered his assistance. We explained what we were looking for, he made suggestions but was not pushy and recommended we take plenty of time to try different mattress choices before making our decision. When we came to a decision on what we wanted the payment process was clear and to the point yet still with options on payment plans. Once we had decided he then took us through the ordering process and fully explained additional items that could be of benefit, without any pressure at all to purchase. He was knowledgeable about the products and gave many helpful hints of how best to look after our purchase when it arrives.
