A wonderful family run business that thrives in providing excellent service to customers. Brought my car last week from them and they could not do enough to make sure they found the right car at an affordable price that was perfect for my needs. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future and I would highly recommended them.

my wife bought a car from these nothing but faults no reverse lights it needed four tyres as the ones on were no good split side walls no reverse lights the car was knocking at the rear took it to a proper mechainc said the rear shockers had gone plus the rear link bar was loose bushers were split told it was dangerous to drive was going to go thru warrenty but found its not worth the paper its on garages will not touch it cause of its age of the car now just got a pile of scap in yard o just a big fault was told the rear end was rottern front to back sills rottern and needs new sils how this passed its mot must have a white stick

Brought a car off them. I would say be aware and make sure you check we had a “few” issues which when they came up contacted the garage which they claimed “fixed” failed the MOT on issues requested to fix. If you do buy a car of these guys take it to a independent garage to give it a full check and even MOT. We had electric issues which they claimed had been sort however after I inspected the fuse box noticed several fuses had been put in the wrong place and after this the electric issues went away. Overall just avoid this place like the plague. recently just changed its name as it’s sold dangerous cars. This place is just evil and the people that run it are stupid and incompetent. After taking a car to official Ford dealer they were baffled as to how these were operating as a business warranty doesn’t even seem legit was given no paperwork for it just avoid save your money.Update I think the owners comment below just shows that callowness regard to human safety in life. All the issues I had was checked by the official Ford dealer these people lie and I’m not reliable traders. Please be careful

We found a car on auto trader and it was listed by these guys. Honestly cannot recommend highly enough. They had the car ready for us for a test drive, it was immaculate. We wanted to compare with another vehicle, even though it was a bit tricky to get out, nothing was too much trouble. My partner loved the first car (Volvo) so we put our deposit down and had it delivered a couple of days later. We got 3 months warranty with the car as well. They were so knowledgable and passionate about the cars, no pressure to purchase at all.Thanks to all involved. You made it an enjoyable experience and put our faith back into great customer service. Very crowded yard, took a while to find a member of sales staff. The one car we looked at turned out to have quite a discrepancy in the recorded mileage when checking online with the DVLA website. Edit in response to response from business, please refer to screenshots attached. Kia Sportage reg BX55YLV is advertised as having 77000 miles yet a test carried out in January 2018 states a mileage in excess of 106,000.

1st class service from start to finish, excellent communication throughout, I have never purchased a vehicle this way before and the process was so easy, efficient with no stress involved, the vehicle was immaculate and clean, Claire was always available with answers to my questions. Purchased from Shelby's S-Type Jaguar. Delivered nearly 500 miles to me within a week. Car was perfect inside and out. Had an issue with some out of sight repair work needed and Shelby's immediately agreed to cover the cost. Very fine company to deal with and would thoroughly recommend.

Drove up from S Wales to Dudley on a Saturday morning to see a car for my son who'll be learning to drive soon and received a warm welcome from Dan and his dad. The car advertised had been moved to the front ready for a test drive, it drove really nicely and felt genuine, as described in their advert. No pressure to buy so we were able to go away, have a think about it and talk to my wife (who was away that weekend). We decided not to buy on this occasion and Shelby's were really understanding and professional about it. It now means that I'd have no hesitation in dealing with this family in the future based on a good first impression. On another positive note someone else should get a good little car and it may even stay local to Dudley. :) Thanks everyone and all the best for the future.
