Our 18 month olds first haircut! The service was lovely! Ramune was just wonderful with him and knew all the tricks to keep him happy while giving him a full haircut! He has curls and she managed to trim them without going too short! He loved sitting in the car too!Thank you team we will be back.

Don’t visit here often but make an effort to when in the area. We passed by on Saturday to be greater with a child shirtless screaming in the windows while a lady tried to cut his hair. His face was pushed against the window and being pinned down by at least 2 fully grown adults. A kid does not need hair cut that badly! Never coming back.

I recently took my baby to this fantastic baby hairdresser, and it was an absolute delight! The little cars for the children to sit in made the experience so much fun for my little one. The hairdresser was incredibly conscientious and careful during the haircut, which put me at ease.What stood out the most was the thoughtful touch of providing a lovely certificate at the end of the haircut, complete with a lock of my baby's hair. It felt like a charming keepsake. And to top it off, the balloon they gave my baby made him incredibly happy. Overall, a wonderful experience that made the haircut enjoyable for both the little one and me.

This place is beyond amazing! My sons first hair cut with another company (more local to me) was a disaster. My son was very scared and cried the whole time. We left early with an unfinished hair cut. (He is 22 months for reference)But when we walked into Bertie and Belle, kandice was exceptional, reassuring my son and taking the time to build a bond with him to keep him calm.My son is non verbal and is sensitive to noise so kandice worked around that. Putting on his favorite children's programme as a distraction and going above and beyond to keep him reassured.The cut was fantastic and due to kandices efforts it was a finished hair cut!!My son loved the experience so much he cried when we had to leave.They now have a customer for life.

A lovely children's hairdresser where they make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. My toddler who doesn't like haircuts likes going to cut his hair now :-)

My little guy had his first ever haircut here- he loved it and has been telling me about all week since. He enjoyed sitting in a car and watching Peppa Pig- the cut was super quick so no time for him to get restless and it looks great. Thanks guys- see you in 6 weeks!

We have been coming here for 6 months and latest visit this morning. Our son was very nervous at getting haircuts, but the team at Bertie and Belle have been so kind and patient. Our visit this morning with Lucy was great and so less stressful than failed attempts at other local places for kids haircuts. Would highly recommend especially for reluctant kids.
