Awful pharmacy some staff disgusting and rude . Never ever ever ever answer the phone. Hardly ever answer on the online chat even if they have read it . They Never order important medicine in straight away as soon as they receive the prescription it gets left till.last minute to get it ordered in . I'm on the phone trying to ring now n it has rang for 25 minutes now and still getting ignored on the online chat disgraceful pharmacy

After 2 and a half years of having the same prescription every 28 days they decided to arbitrarily to stop doing one of the medications without telling anyone and then they have the nerve to blame me and my doctor that I was not made aware when collecting my prescription as I ran out. Official complaint raised as they have not their duty of care

Used this pharmacy for the first time very recently and will avoid going there again. Very rude young girl behind the till. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. No hello, how can I help or half a smile or anything. Paid for my prescriptions and wasn't told what would happen next. I was just stood in a tiny room for 15 minutes whilst people were getting annoyed waiting outside. Couldn't she have explained to me that my prescription is being prepared and won't be long etc? Very disappointing.

I went few weeks ago for the first time ,there was a pregnant lady in the till she was very rude ,and leave me waiting for 40 min nobody was there as I went at 17o clock ,she wasn't happy to serve me.

Partner waited 10 minutes just to be seen no problem but then served someone who had just walked in before him, there's a queue for a reason.He then had to wait a further 25 minutes for his prescription.It was a cream! I'd understand if it was multiple tablets etc but it wasn't. 25 minutes for a cream. Yet people were coming in and out with their prescriptions that had pills etc.This is not the first time this has occurred it happens regularly I am not one quick to write a bad review. And yes to answer your comment I give plenty of 5*s to those who deserve it.

Always busy, whatever time of day you go and the times on here are incorrect too. Due to that I have had to go 3 days without my meds now as they were shut upon my arrival even though it says on here they should have still been open :/ staff are friendly enough though when you do finally get to see them

This was the only pharmacy in Hull willing to help me obtain an emergency prescription. Went out their way to help me and they was excellent. Highly recommend
