I’m going to keep it short and sweet, ordered a strip meal and the strips weren’t freshly made. Man at the counter said they are but I saw another worker get them from a freezer and toss them into the oil. Took the food home, and I found 2 individual long hairs in my wing box. Absolutely disgusting, please wear a hairnet in future and cover your arms in future. Won’t be coming again, disappointing when you pay for food and it comes turns out to be rubbish. Do better guys

What has happened here! Why does every order take hours to deliver! Terrible new management, used to be way better years ago would get food very quickly. Quality has decreased tremendously. Save your time and money, do not order from here.

i ordered at 11:50 for my food rang up at 12:40 asking for an update, rang again at 1:10 drivers on his way. 1:30 now no food been waiting nearly 2 hours for food. iv ordered before from here arrived within 25-30 minutes so id expect that again but i gave the benefit of the doubt maybe they were busy but come on, 1 and a half hours wait isnt too pleasing for the customer end of the business.

Waste of time. Keept me waiting until the end. Priority for Uber and other delivery drivers. The person on the till is not trustworthy. No sauces, no napkins. Won't go back.

The person that took my order was very stuck up he kept on talking to other staff members while taking my order. Asked him not to put salad on my burger but still put it on

I wouldn't even give it 1star as its absolutely hands down the worst burger ever! Dry, tasted real horrible n worst of all gave me a stomach bug. Wouldn't recommend or return as a customer. Seriously how some takeouts get away with serving such rubbish is beyond me!

One of the most affordable fast food take away in Blackburn which is open from 11am until midnight or even later than that. They have excellent combo offers, pizzas, burgers and sides. They do delivery, dine in as well as take aways. The staff is well trained and very polite. Value for money.
