I visited Aida for the first time on Friday after a trusted recommendation from a friend. I was looking for someone to go to regularly for a full body massage mainly for de-stressing and I am very fussy about getting a ‘proper’ massage, not just a flimsy rub down! I was not disappointed. Aida is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and extremely caring. I came to Aida with a number of ongoing injuries. This was after a recommendation through a friend. With her skill and knowledge Aida has sorted out these injuries and has provided me with recovery exercises specific to my needs and abilities to help prevent these injuries re-occuring. I am lucky to have had the recommendation to Aida because now that my longer term injuries are resolved I am now using her services regularly for general recovery and wellbeing.
