Absolutely horrible experience. Vet dropped my hamster from a very high table and I didn't even recieve an apology! Very money oriented and expensive. My hamster isn't the same now... Definitely do not take your small animals here, the vet doesn't know how to handle them since they aren't as important as larger animals like dogs and cats."

£50 for just checking Cat and asking me to collect urine sample? Wasn't pleased when I phoned next day as cat still seem very well to be told to collect sample. Looked after him myself and now he's OK wasted money. Expensivel

Always been great with all my animals, they look after my 2 cats now and i took out their health plan and it makes it a lot cheaper for yearly boosters, flea treatment and wormers. I would recommend them.

I can't fault the standard of care at Blythman and partners. They've looked after my little dog since she came to us last year. All the staff are caring and compassionate and all the assessments we've had have been very thorough. They always fit us in quickly when we've had concerns. They spayed her and did a brilliant job, to the incision scar is tiny. I highly recommend them!

Can’t ever thank the staff enough. We visit the gateshead branch regularly and the staff are outstanding. Sarah is the most wonderful vet, so caring and always goes above and beyond for my boys, even when Neville can be a little difficult. Holly, Hanna, Louise and all the rest of the staff are simply fantastic, we couldn’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for amazing care for your pet then look no further, wouldn’t take the boys anywhere else. Numerous poor experiences here. Several other dog-owners have fed-back they’d left the practise over varying issues from pricing to animal care to customer service. Unfortunately, I have found the same on all counts with my dog, resulting in having to go further afield to feel comfortable with my pet’s healthcare. I don’t recommend this practise in the least.
